Is America Changing or are they just Out for Lunch

Only 1/3 of Americans Voted in this past election.  Republican swept most races, and Democrats look dazed. The President is seems to thinks that it is Business as usual, and China has become critical and the citizens are waiting for the next football game.  What is the Real Game Plan?  Will America Rise and do she job?  Will Americans take responsibility for its future?
