And in a way, when we think about King, right after Malcolm's assassination, King has what he later calls one of those "mountaintop moments."March 25, 1965, where he talks about American democracy, racial justice, but the long road ahead. By that August, Aug. 6, 1965, the VOTING RIGHT ACT has passed. So these are real high points.
