The African-Descendants of the United States [Petitioners hereinafter] are requesting to be placed on the decolonization list pursuant to the Declaration on the Granting of Independence to Colonial Countries and Peoples, also known as United Nations General Assembly Resolution 1514, The petitioners aver that the United States government has enslaved them, reassigned their races and falsely labeled them as non-indigenous; subjugated them by unlawfully controlling their indigenous territory; while denying them their right to self-determination.institute based in Atlanta, Georgia. The mission of the Institute is to provide Human Rights education and facilitatory human rights democratization.We train United Nations Human Rights Defenders and Monitors for preparations and processes of the UN, its agencies to engage.African Descent Report given to the UN in August 2016, after their country visit to the United States. The Working Group heard the testimony and observed the quality of life for the African Descendants as singularly distinct from that of the White American with the worst living conditions observed in the Western World. The group found the African Descendants were generationally harmed and owed reparations for their damages caused by State-sponsored slavery and inter-generational discriminatory conditions.And the US Government under President Obama response. Obama did nothing to address the issue of reparations for Black people.Human Rights Education For the 21st Century. 
Our law professors teach United Nation Conventions, Treaties, Resolutions, Declarations and doctrines. The study is geared specifically for the Afro-descendants.We urge this committee to allow us to decolonize our territories and enter into a different relationship with the United States. The African-Descendant People must be able to survive economically, educate our children and preserve our culture.
