African Americans—nearly two years since Barack Obama left the White House as the Black President—remain spellbound and duped by this CIA Madison Avenue deception. Obama and his racist feminist cohort Hillary Clinton sowed the seeds of war, destruction, destabilization and genocide throughout the Africa. The 2011 Clinton-Obama illegal war against of Libya resulted in the assassination of Muammar Gaddaffi,  the genocide of Black Libyans, and the rebirth of Black slavery in North Africa. Obama is responsible for the creation of bases in Africa for drones to murder African people, and the mass dumping of genocide contraceptive drug of Depo Provera which has been forced on the nations of sub-Saharan Africa by the USAID, U.S. Department of State and the International Federation of Planned Parenthood of America. Obama and Clinton helped establish AFRICOM in all but a few nations in Africa, thus, militarizing the continent for future wars with China there. Obama in 2013 enacted Presidential Policy Directive 23 (PPD-23) which has increased the flow of arms to repressive sellout Sahelian African governments to harm their people as the French with American support have recolonized Francophone Africa. Moreover, the destruction of Libya and the America introduction of Al Qaeda to Africa has resulted in dangerous flows of arms and drugs to Sahelian Africa. Obama and Clinton helped the rise of Boko Haram and other dangerous terrorist organizations which has resulted in ethnic communal violence across Africa, and the Hausa-Fulani people have been stereotyped as dangerous people and, now, their populations are being targeted for a slow-burn Rwanda-style genocide that spans the whole of West Africa.
