Steven Biko said "Being black is not a matter of pigmentation but a reflection of a mental attitude." What is a mental attitude= a complex mental state involving beliefs and feelings and values and dispositions to act in certain ways. Now we must define, what is our mental attitude that will reflect our true Nature and our true self? Being Black to me is being God! It’s living beyond the scope of our oppressor and into the life we were created to be in the beginning. It's finding and restoring our righteous mind. We are the first people in our God's creation we are his children, just as Black is not a color it is the essence from which all color comes!
