Mothers of Gun Violence Victims Ask President Obama To Send Help

Diane Lattiker,Founder of Kids Off The Block (KOB) has built a memorial for the many young victims of gun violence, marking the names of each one on small, tombstone like bricks and placing them in rows side by side in a small building at 116th and Michigan street in Chicago. There are already more than 500 names and the list goes on and on as each weekend brings more tragic shootings. A group of mothers whose children have lost their loves to gun violence recently asked President Obama to send some type of Federal help th stop the violence. Ms. Latiker joins us today to discuss the movement to stop the killings, and how community residents and those  we have elected to represent us can help.
