"The world is coming to an end!" "These are the last days!" "Get ready for a new Heaven and new Earth!" We've been hearing these warnings from the religious community for the last 2000 years, and yet nobody is really living as if they believe anything in the future will change. They are focused on paying today's bills. Well, almost nobody. There are some who recognize that the world will continue on after they are physically gone, and they're planning for it to be drastically different than it is today. Some of Africa's most powerful women met in Washington DC this past week, to map out a strategy for the continent which has been the sustaining body for a vast number of people on planet Earth. They are looking ahead 50 years from now and putting in motion a plan to equalize the distribution of resources in order to end systemic poverty. We have said every day that women have the power to transform this world. We can end crime, violence and poverty. All we have to do is one thing - share. So, as leading women prepare to change policies that will usher in a new society, how do we prepare tomorrows children to think differently, so as not to recreate the mistakes of the past. During the past few days on this show, we have been creating A Universal Code of Ethics as a guideline for teaching the next generation of leaders, many of whom are yet unborn. We'll share some of the book's contents so far, and get your input on this global guideline for a peaceful new world order. This morning's guest is Herman Bonner, head of the National Alliance of Decendance of Enslaved Africans (NADEA), to discuss restoring to descendants of Africa those possessions that were taken in order to enable them to move forward and create a better world.
