Wisdom is passed down from generation to generation, but when a parent is missing from the life of a child, the child must often learn life's lessons the hard way - through trial and error. Many men are experiencing the effects of growing up without a father to teach them how to be men. If your father was not as involved in your upbringing as you would have preferred, what do you wish you had learned from him? Regarding finances? relationships? personal higene? survival skills? Knowing what you know now, what knowledge and wisdom are you willing to share with your son? Are you willing to mentor a boy who is not your son in order to teach him things to help make him a better man?  Coach Ernest Radcliff, head of 50 Coaches and Leaders, discusses the hard work of mentoring boys from troubled backgrounds, and what men must be willing to do to turn the tied of violence in the urban communities.
