It's understandable that individuals set the goals for themselves. Whether it is body transformation, overall health and fitness, sports/athletic performance, business, etc. With that said, one thing we have to keep in mind is that the bigger the goal… The bigger the commitment. All too often, these two aspects do not align. The goals big but many times, the commitment level does not match. This is where individuals are at a crossroads because something needs to change. Either the goal needs to be changed/lowered or the commitment level must be increased.
