Why is England the epicenter of terrorism?

Is England's counter-terrorism strategy generally effective?  Can anyone stop misguided vehicles and small mob rule?

The mayor of London declared that London is one of the safest international cities of the world.  In comparison to what?  Caracas, Venezuela?  There is much to be questioned in lieu of the current siutaion and tri-sequence of attacks.

Jon and Ben divert the conversation from terrorism to perception of government to personal responsibility in supporting one's self.  The government can't be all encompassing or solve all human problems according to Jon.
