Being burnt out. What do we know about it? Have you ever experienced it? Know someone who has gone through it? Think you're on your way to it? Do you know what to look for as far as symptoms go when it comes to burnout?

By definition, burnout is a pschological condition where a person has probably worked themselves to the point of exhaustion over a lengthy period of time. The exhaustion can be physical, but in most cases it's mental. It normally leaves a person very tired, lethargic, disinterested in work and/or other important areas in life. It can have a really negative impact in job performance which can be an issue for your employer and your job status. It can lead to sexual dysfunction problems with men which can becomean issue with their girlfriends/wives which can have a negative effect on relationships and marriages.

Burnout is a serious problem that shouldn't be taken lightly. It's a form of stress that leads to clinical depression and can wreak havock on family life and and people's personal lives. It's a real problem that affects many people. People don't normally know what's going on until it's too late.
