Roll out of single greatest legislative initiative of Republicans...bipartisan

The roll out of the single greatest legislative acheivement of President George Bush was as unacceptable as the Affordable Care roll out.  The medicare part D prescription drug plan roll out according to Ohio Congressman John Boehner at that time, "was horrendous."  This comment was made to Fox News in Febuary 2006.  Democrats in Washington and in the States came to the rescue of Republicans to save this single greatest legislative acheivement of President George Bush.  What's preventing Republicans from returning the favor by helping out with Obamacare?  Many are still serving in Congress yet remain silent.  We are sharing the list.
