American lawyer, writer, chrononaut, 21st century visionary, team leader of Project Pegasus and founder/president of M.A.R.S., Andrew D. Basagio claims to be one of 140 kids who in the late 60s and early 70s participated in a DARPA time-space program called Project Pegasus. Which succeeded in using previously undisclosed Nikola Tesla papers to harness something called ‘radiant energy,’ a universal force which bends space-time and allows for “real time” teleportation travel, as well as time travel.

For more than 10 years, he has shared with the American people the true facts of our great nation’s accomplishments in time travel and Mars visitation.  His writings place him at the forefront of contemporary Mars research.
