IT'S ALL ABOUT "YOU!!!"

Some of my "SISTAH" friends and I have a saying that we live by "JUST DO YOU." This doesn't mean that we are selfish...but it does mean that we are not "selfless!!!" The word "selfless" means that a person is more concerned with the needs of others than their own. In other words, it means that a person does not value her/himself enough to provide her/himself with the level of care and concern she/he provides for others. What are you doing to become the best "YOU that "YOU" can be? How much time do you make, daily, to lovingly and logically reflect on your likes, dislikes, needs, goals, and desires, etc.? And...to paraphrase Janet Jackson's song we will be asking the question: "WHAT HAVE YOU DONE FOR YOU LATELY?" From this Sunday...growing forward, the "SISTAH POWER" show will provide a proactive forum that will encourage you to analyze your week and share your personal and professional growth, triumphs, dreams, plans and needs so that you can develop/strengthen your foundation for living, loving, learning, growing and becoming the Xtraordinary person "YOU" were actually created to be. And remember...YOU HAVE A VOICE, USE IT WISELY AND IT WILL SERVE YOU WELL!
