Join us Sunday at 5:00 .pm. as we join as we meet with Basu Nafa Ankh Ausar who is a student, practitioner, and teacher of Kemetic Yoga for over seven years.  We will be guided though a journey of Kemetic Yoga and learn about the philosophy, lifestyle, and healing principles that directly benefit the mind, body and soul.  We will learn how the ancient practice of Kemetic Yoga can be incorporated into our contemporary lifestyle to develop self-control, concentration, prosperity, insight, stress management, wellness and other character traits and skills.  Kemetic Yoga is not only a practice used by many individuals and communities worldwide, companies and organizations are also discovering the benefits of yoga for their bottom line.  Yoga is becoming more and more accepted as a way to reduce chronic stress, alieve certain aches and pains, and develop deeper concentration and agility.  Come with questions, and an open mind to learn if yoga can be used as a slow medicine to cure what ails you.
