This time of year, with retailers chiming cash registers and Christmas music playing, expectations are high to have a Merry Christmas.  We want Christmas to look like it does on TV shows, to favor the holiday songs we hear on the radio.

The reality for many is so diffferent from the expectation.

For some odd reason the holiday season is suppose to magically transform us from year-round ordinary individuals into warm, caring and generous people who love all those we meet.

If love, warmth, caring and generosity are not characteristic of what you represent throughout the year to YOURSELF and others, it is not going to change just because it's Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Years Day.

And Stress will be the result.
