In this episode, blogger Sacerdotus speaks on the attacks made by the late Christopher Hitchens in his book "Missionary Position."  Sacerdotus gives a brief summary of the book and refutes the claims Hitchens make against Blessed Mother Teresa.  Hitchens claimed the Mother Teresa was a fraud who had a free ride from the press as the Catholic Church "painted" her as this saintly woman.  He wrote in his book about the supposed poor conditions at hospices where Mother Teresa's Missionaries of Charity take care of the poor and claimed that Mother Teresa promoted poverty and suffering.  Hitchens was ignorant of Catholic Church teaching regarding Redemptive Suffering and often misrepresented quotes made by Mother Teresa in regards to suffering being a "beautiful thing."  Sacerdotus refutes the claims made by Christopher Hitchens showing them to be nothing but bunk feuled by bigotry and ignorance which are typical of so-called "new atheists. Sacerdotus also addresses a poorly done research study done by the university of Ottawa which defames Mother Teresa using Hitchens' book as a source.
