Ep. 52 - Rising Apple Report Anniversary Special!

Happy new year everyone!

Almost one year ago, on January 2, 2013, us here at Rising Apple decided to launch this podcast right here. Former site editor Matt Musico hosted, with Sam Maxwell and Will DeBoer joining him for the inaugural episode of the Rising Apple Report.

It's gone by incredibly fast, with some bumps along the way, but one year later, we're going strong with our 52nd episode! It will be a jam-packed show, with Sam Maxwell welcoming site writers Danny Abriano, Mike Lecolant, Rich Sparago and Cassie Negley to the program, with Matt Musico calling in as well!

We'll first discuss with Matt everything he's been up to since leaving the Rising Apple lineup, then briefly reminisce some of our favorite Rising Apple moments, guests and memories.

With 2014 finally here, we'll discuss some of our Rising Apple Bold Predictions for the New York Mets in the season to come, as well as the most up-to-date rumors regarding 1st base and shortstop.

And of course, we'll talk about all the players to wear the number 52 in New York Mets history.
