Colleen LaRose is a mediation specialist, having worked in the judicial system as a mediator. She brings the process of mediation to our discussions on bullying at work and conflict at work.

Conflict at work is a problem for many managers and staff. Fighting, screaming employees affects the morale of the entire workplace. It impacts the work that gets done and the quality with which it is completed. Neither are positive outcomes. Managers sometimes back away from confronting conflict because they lack the right tools. Colleen LaRose, a trained mediator will share mediation process and strategies to both intervene with conflicts and help in the resolution process.
