FORGIVENESS is the the key to unlocking THE POWER OF FORGIVENESS. For most of us we have been hurt by a family member, best friend, failed marriage, betrayal, cheating and even the lost of a child/parent and no matter how angry and resentful you are you can't seem to find the strength and the POWER TO FORGIVE especially yourself. You walk around at times focusing more on the past, the pain, the hurt and the enormous guilt and shame than focusing on the present.
