Hey what it do all, thanks for listening!

You know, with all the Holiday Dinners and the delicious spreads to go along with it, one can't help but avoid the scale these days for fear of what they may see.  How discouraging can this be when you're too occupied counting calories or sticking with the finger foods!  

Well, I've learned to do "everything" in moderation and not deprive myself of the "hellicious" feast that we all  enjoy as a family!  Enjoying dinner time with your family is always important, but trying to curve the extra calories can be very hard to do sometimes  So, instead of ruining your Holiday Feast, just take the time to move at least 30-minutes each day. Nothing like dancing to help you stay healthy and in shape during the Holiday Season.  Just, some form of physical activities can help keep you: heart healthy, lower blood pressure, increase serotonin, better sex, and a host of other beneficial rewards!   Just Move!
