Self-Esteem is so incredibly important to our growth as a human being. Quite often this delicate part of us can be shattered by careless words or deeds from someone who supposedly loved us. If this occurs when we are very young or at any stage of our life, it can change the course of our lives from that point on. We can become very introverted, shy, withdrawn and fearful of speaking, being heard or just plain being. It can affect every area of our life making us feel very unworthy of much of anything.
What can we do when we realize what is going on! By just acknowledging that you have no “self-esteem” within, and accepting that fact, you are already on a forward motion to recovery. We will share ideas on what you can do to bring yourself back home to your “true self” so you can create the life you have always dreamed of. A’ho.
