Do you know where in the bible God says we can use our finger to war?

What is considered a Ridiculous prayer? In Psalm 144:1 the Bible teaches us to use or hand and fingers for war.  What does that mean a "Gun" a "Pen" or is it just a secret message?  Many are debating if Guns should be given to teachers or ask veterans to come monitor and secure schools.  so much debate and people leaning on their own understanding. Do you really believe Gun control is the answer, petitions, prayers or is there a secret to defeating the plans of the enemy other than what people are talking and planning?
