On the Wednesday, April 30th 2014 broadcast at 12 Noon Pacific/3PM Eastern my special guest is Margalit Gur-Arie (follow her on twitter via @margalitgurarie). Margalit is a kindred sprit, twitter colleague and one who's work I have followed via the blog circuit (she publishes On Healthcare Technology), several white papers and of course on twitter.

'Margalit Gur-Arie is a founder of BizMed, a company devoted to supporting practicing physicians through software and services that simplify the business of medicine. Margalit has served in executive and consulting roles at various Health IT companies and her mission is to support and strengthen independent private practice, particularly in rural and underserved areas.

Margalit blogs and writes in support of primary care. She is an Israeli born aeronautical engineer turned tech wiz, who helped build early portals and EMRs. Residing in rural Missouri, she watches as health becomes increasingly industrialized without improved results, and she inherently understands the needs of independent practices.'

Join us for a fun and exporatory chat on the state of health reform, accountable care, the future of independent practice and the buiness of medicine!
