ObamaCare scams are popping up on Facebook, Twitter and Linkedln. If someone claims you must purchase an ObamaCare Insurance Card in order to buy coverage, it's a scam. These criminals will act like they already know your information, says Dave Moore, an internet security expert. "We're sitting here at your Medicaid account, but it needs to be updated because of ObamaCare, so we need you to give us your social security number."

Welcome to Your Place! Thanks for taking your time to be a part of our show. Tonight we are not attempting to make a political statement. What we are doing is letting you get the facts of what this insurance reform is proposed and designed to do. As most of you know Wild Bill hates how we live in a news clip society where we get a little knowledge based on sound bites instead of getting all of the information. Tonight we bring you a discussion that took place a few days ago on this topic between former President Bill Clinton, and President Obama. After you hear what they have to say we encourage you to go to the web site in your state to see for yourself how this is going to affect you. If you don't know how to find the site for your state, go to "healthcare.gov" for help. We are trying to get someone to come on our show to answer personal questions on this topic. Wild Bill researched the Supreme Courts Ruling on this law. During this research he found this legal overview of the act and pasted it here. Overview of Law Puts in place comprehensive health insurance reforms that will lower health care premium costs, provide more competition in the private health insurance market, guarantee more health care choices, provide coverage for millions of currently uninsured Americans, end discrimination against Americans with pre-existing conditions, cut waste, fraud and abuse, and overall reduce the long term federal budget deficit...legal aspects of this act.
The Affordable Care Act is ushering in a new era of health care delivery. Everyone will be affected, and therefore, it is important that all understand how the program will work, and how you can comply. The act will expand Medicaid, create health insurance exchanges, provide deductions and or tax credits, and mandate that everyone obtains health insurance. Now is the time to plan for the upcoming changes.
I've been looking forward to hearing what everyone has for an opinion on just how this is going to help anyone with a Brain Injury. Last year, I interviewed a COO of Neurointernational about why they don't take Medicare or Medicaid. It's because they will not pay for the services that are provided by a quality brain rehab model. So, how is the Affordable Care Act going to be different? No guest's tonight, just my research and your calls. 424-243-9540
