#76 Alex Ryan - Run by Women & Running with a Partner (Cont)

Alex Ryan is the Director of Run by Women, a fitness trainer and run coach. Alex runs a unique program for young women and teenage girls which is the focus of our conversation.

Alex is involved in charity work and is supporting the St Vincent's Scrubs Run. Each Alex in her role as an ambassador provides a complimentary weekly run group for lululemon at Bourke Street in Melbourne which is popular with locals and visitors to the city of Melbourne.
