Fit Talk with Melinda Corssino: Chat with Gabi CastroVinci & Bad Ass Bikini Pros

Bikini is still a newer category within the bodybuilding community. I am bringing on 4-6 Pro Bikini competitors to talk about their experiences competing in the bikini division of bodybuilding shows. How was is for them turning pro? What advice do they have for new comers wanting to compete in bikini? I also will be running a general chat regarding prep, training and common misconceptions regarding the bikini division. At about the 30-40 min mark I will turn to just interviewing Gabi CastroVinci who is a Pro Bikini competitor, owner of Marina Morena Fitness, and was recently on WWE's Tough Enough. She is great at promoting herself via social media and I want to talk about how she worked from not placing in her first show, to being where she is now. Gabi is a fitness model, a bikini pro, a business owner and reality TV star; what she has accomplished in just a couple years in incredible. I will ask what advice she has for new business owners on social media promotion and if she has anything new on the horizon for 2016!
