This is part 3 of a 3 part series we are doing, discussing mental health issues that make it a struggle to cope with the holiday season. Our first show was on Holiday Depression, and the second on Maintaining Sobriety and Health during the Holidays. We round out this series with tonight’s show, on Reasonable & Rational New Year’s Resolutions.

Every year, so many of us make promises and resolutions for New Year's, with the best of intentions, but we always fall quickly short, get discouraged, and abandon our promises within weeks after the holidays are over. We want to talk about these issues, and suggest some coping strategies that people can try in order to deal better with their holidays. Tonight's show will get into the mechanics of how to treat this process in a more reasonable and attainable manner, thus increasing our chances of keeping these resolutions and attaining our stated goals!
