April is Sexual Abuse Awareness month. In this program we address the issue of children and adults who do not disclose abuse because they do not realize that they were abused. Some were manipulated through emotional abuse and some are simply confused about what to call it. We need to reach out and educate people about how to recognize when they are being sexually abused. Ths revelation and understanding can possibly help them begin to process the issues that have hurt their relationships in other areas. This program will give voice and support to the growing number of women and girls who have been revictimized from sexual abuse with multiple attacks of rape. Victimized women and girls need to know that they are NOT Damaged Goods! These women and girls need to recover and heal! This kick off episode will offer empathetic listening and encouragement for victims as well as for those who care about them. FEATURED GUEST DENISCE RODALL. ****** DENISCE will share some of her fascinating life as a victim and survivor of domestic violence. Learn why she has such a passion for reaching youth.
