The face of leadership is changing...women are stepping forward with visions of a better world.  But does that mean that the men should retreat into a dark corner while the women take over?

This vision is one that still smacks of competition against, an imbalanced masculine dynamic (and one that has gotten the worldinto the trouble it is in right now). 

My vision is that the feminine and masculine dynamics can work together to create effective and life-affirming change.  In this show, learn more about:
