Nearly all Americans grew up counting on lots of freedoms and a Bill of Rights guaranteeing liberty. We'll kick around how we've been willing giving those up, particularly since 9/11. With a federal judge in Manhattan suspending the crazy indefinite-detention portions of the NDAA, it's showtime. Sure, George Bush the Lesser led the freedom-striping drive, here, in black interrogation sites, at Gitmo, and with our spook agencies. But the allegedly more civil-rights and civil-liberties oriented Barack Obama kept most of those perking. Let's talk about.
