Aditya Oza is a serial entrepreneur, businessman, filmmaker, and management consultant. He started working as a business development consultant in the automotive industry in 2012. Starting out with minimal training, he singlehandedly restructured and reworked my company’s marketing strategies, effectively reduced bottlenecks, and consequently increased profits to 400% in 6 short months. I brought millions of dollars to the company and routinely produced 40% of the business in a seven men team.

After three years, he helped the company scale and developed a skill set that few people have in businesses.  His company went from the bottom half of car sales and to the top 5 consistently. However, he didn't get any credit, the managers took all the credit for the success and rode up the corporate chain.

Seeking a way of achieving “financial freedom and lifestyle abundance,” he teamed with a partner and ventured into mobile apps. Being outsiders to tech with little money or experience, they leveraged “inexperience,  bootstrapping a startup with time and failure. They launched and marketed 40+ games; many achieved the top most downloaded games. The biggest success was Color Switch with 250+ million downloads globally in two years.

He successfully exited the app company in 2017. He ventured into real estate and start-up investing. His first to angel-investment was a medical start-up that raised $500 million dollars in funding in 5 months. He also started a home renovation business with his partner. They became the only home renovators in Southern California to add smart home technology where homebuyers control the house mood by voice commands.
