Having Love for Children's Futures

What are the right conditions for having children?  What are the right conditions to put children into when it comes to school?  Are you concerned about the education of your loved ones?  Do you feel that the conditions exist for the children to learn all they can to ensure they have financial, emotional, physical health as adults?  What could we do differently with the education system to ensure all children were not left behind?  Has the title "No Child Left Behind" really impacted the education system or is it like so many political issues just a name.  Who really brings values to life? Does having a child make you a man or make you a lady?  What is it about birth that makes it so special.  Do we really have to die?
