In today's episode, "Money is Emotional," I’m going to tell you the story of my clients – The Smiths – and their emotional journey from anxiety and embarrassment to confidence and hope. Money is certainly emotional. My goal is to help my coaching clients work through those negative emotions, and harness the power of the positive emotions to propel them towards their preferred financial future. We'll talk about the different emotions that the Smith experienced on their journey to paying off $20,000 in credit card debt in only 8 months!

Millennial workers are regarded as optimistic, educated, having a collaborative ability, and open-mindedness. Millennials are more racially and culturally tolerant than past generations. They have experienced both politically and socially tumultuous periods, with a constant bombardment from media outlets. Most sleep with their cell phones, instantly response to e-mail, instant messaging, rely on overnight mail, digital cameras and microwave ovens.
Millennial top career concerns involve balancing family and work demands, even above job security and earning a competitive salary (Ennis, 2006)

Everyone wants happy and fulfilling relationships. One of the things that prevent us from having them is emotinal immaturity. Emotionally immature people can be extremely challenging to deal with, because their ability to interpret and react to the variety of life's challenges is often impaired. If you are in a relationship with someone that is emotionally immature you probably face great challenges in dealing with their moods and behaviors. They tend to try to control their world and those around them. We'll talk about the signs of emotional immaturity. What it's rooted in? And perhaps we can help each other change and grow.
