Jane Butel, the Queen of Southwest Cooking and author of 20 books, is the leading authority on Southwest, Mexican, and Tex-Mex cooking. For many years she has had specialty cooking schools in the U.S. and Mexico where she leads culinary and cooking tours. As a trained and broadly experienced Home Economist, she shares from her vast knowledge of the health, nutrition, and economy of cooking especially those of the Southwestern variety. Her co-host, Jim Hammond, has written about wine and food pairing for 8 years and is also a food & wine critic and wine presenter. Make this a Favorite and check in often!
