Guard the ways of Justice Proverbs 28 who are you guarding?

We are to become God's voice on the earth, guarding the ways of justice imperfect world. As we do, he will cause us to dwell securely in the land. . 

Proverbs 28:6 

Better is the poor that walketh in his uprighness, than he that is perverse in his ways though he be rich. .
