Gone are days where women stay at home take care of the children, the home and have dinner ready when their man comes home from a hard day’s work. In many cases women are the heads of their households and bring in the bacon in the same way men have done for years. In the black community this is no phenomenon. Black women have been doing it for years and continue to do so. As a result black women have developed strong positive attitudes, positions of authority in the workplace and have earned their right to be treated on an equal level in the same way men have. Join Rob and China on the “Hot Flashes, not a menopause thang Show, as we deal with the issue of, “Why Are Black Men Afraid of Strong Black Women”
