Don't You Deserve To Make All Of The Money?

Why do people discount themselves when it comes to earning massive amounts of money? Why do people not believe that earning tens of thousands a month is possible for them? Why do people argue why it's better for them to make $10 an hour rather than $100 an hour? Why do people have low self esteem and low self worth? Why do so many people "not" have confidence in themselves? Why do people choose to work hard for another person but "not" work as hard or harder for themselves and their families? Why?
