Well we are less than 2 weeks into the New Year.  How are you doing with your Resolutions? Are you struggling or have you given up?  Not to worry. We can get you back on track quickly with just 3 steps.  First step is to get motivated & inspired. Did you pick a life resolution that will really excite you? Second, is to think shorter timeframe. I usually don’t say that but thinking about a year can be overwhelming. It helps to put your view into perspective. If the time is too long there is no sense of urgency and completion. Too short, and the pressure can be crippling. And third is to have a system for accountability and support. How do you know how you are doing if you don’t have any feedback
