Caging the Tiger, Redux

In last weeks show, Bob touched on how not all Landlords are bad and it reminded us of "Caging the Tiger", an episode from a year ago where we discussed what we called "Predatory Landlords". Blatantly copying the description for that program, they're out there! With some, base rent is not enough to make a living. Aggressive tactics with penalties, overstated CAM, restrictive lease language, the tactics of some Landlords prevent the ability to create a partner from a significant relationship in the success of your business.
