We can't live a positive life with a negative mind and likewise we can not undo our situations or re-write our past. What we can do is change how we feel about them. The way we feel about anything depends on how we view them. We can either see the situation in a positive or negative way. Thinking positive is about shifting a negative thought to its opposite in order to bring about a better you (internally and externally).
