It's easy to set out to run a personal record in a 5K, 10K, or marathon. Accomplishing that goal, well, is a little more difficult. Runners more typically plateau, finishing races in roughly the same time each attempt. That need not be the case according to Dave Kuehls, author of How to Run a Personal Record, who joins us on today's show.
