This week, we discuss the value of intuitive eating. What is it? Why can't I get it right? And what resources are out there? There's nothing wrong with having food rules -- we ALL have them. I only eat whole wheat bread. Or I prefer hot dogs to hamburgers. But when those rules start to gain moral high ground in our lives, we need to step back and reconsider.
