Iran says its new long-range drone can carry a bomb. According to Israel National News, Iran's Air Defense Base Commander has announced it has built a new unmanned long-range drone that can carry a bomb. Brigadier General Far-zad Es-mai-li broke the news one week after Iranian-financed Hezbollah launched a drone that entered Israeli air space before it was blown up by a missile from an Israeli jet. Es-mai-li did not state whether the new drone can reach Israel.

Iran detains seven Christians in raid on church. According to International Christian Concern, a home worship gathering was raided by Iranian security forces in Shiraz on Friday and seven congregants were arrested. The Christians are reportedly being held in Plaque 100, the Intelligence Ministry's notorious detention center. The latest detentions were a part of what Christian Solidarity Worldwide called a "marked upsurge in a campaign of harassment of Christians of all denominations, with reports of a significant increase in arrests during recent weeks."

Troops in Sinai are on high alert. According to The Jerusalem Post, Egyptian security forces were on high alert in the Sinai Peninsula, following an Israeli strike on the Gaza Strip that killed Hi-sham Al-Sa-ed-ni, the commander of a Jihadi-Salafi terror group. Egyptian security officials said that authorities in Cairo warned troops in northern Sinai of a possible retaliatory attack on Egyptian bases or attempted attacks on Israeli targets. Israel said that Al-Sa-ed-ni was in the final stages of plotting a new attack on Israel.
