Applying Complexity Leadership Theory to Drone Airspace Integration

Applying Complexity Leadership Theory to Drone Airspace Integration

This book examines the leadership challenge created by the requirement to integrate unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) into the national airspace system (NAS). The overall lifecycle of leadership does not lend itself to a simple definition or a defined timeline that anyone can follow. As much as society enjoys creating, all of the processes and technology to simplify our lives (although this is debatable), leadership deals with humans and humans are not that simple. The challenge is that the FAA follows a leadership and change management model that is authoritarian, linear, and evolutionary.

    Eenie Meanie Miney .... Drone.

    in Politics Conservative

You just landed a drone on the White House Lawn .... what are you gunna do next? Didn't they just clean house at the Secret Service? We cannot be less impressed with the new Men In Black. Calling Agent K, Dick Tracy, Dudley Do-Right, Somebody! Anybody! Who amongst you can protect our president?

Tonight I will also finish up what I didn't get to on that Warrior for the people, Elizabeth Warren.

We are also going to jump into Senate Political Theatre. The media is now focusing on fissures in the new Elmo Senate. Is it cause for concern or much ado about nothing.

Queen Pelosi is making her own 2016 wish list. This ought to be good.

And Obama is drawn into defending the United State's alliance with the Saudi Arabi. Didn't the Smurfs constantly question George W Bush's insistence that Saudi Arabia was our friend?

Thangs that make ya go hmmmmmm.

    All this and more, tonight!

I was just thinking...Women Power, Drone A.I. and all kinda stuff!

    in Education

Tonights show will be a  potpouri of subjects from Women Power to Drones and Artificial Intelligence. So hang on to your toupee's and wigs this is gonna be a bumby ride!

Why should we be concerned about Drones? Aren’t they just glorified model planes? Why should those in rural areas and the inner cities be concerned about our drone Warfare program?

    Uprising in Israel:

We need to evaluate the uprising in Israel and the silence choices of the Ethiopian Jews when Israel is bombing the crap out of the Palestinians….I would say to them; when you see how the system of white supremacy treats those who look like you regardless of religion, you will have to experience the same injustice. As Malcolm X said: “they don’t hate you because you are a Christian, Jew, or Muslim they hate you because you are black”….Remember that!

Women Power: States attorney Marilyn Mosby one half of a dynamic duo for justice!

    Kybalion:

"Gender is in everything; everything has its Masculine and Feminine Principles Gender; manifests on all planes."

This Principle embodies the truth that there is GENDER manifested in everything — the Masculine and Feminine Principles ever at work. This is true not only of the Physical Plane, but of the Mental and even the Spiritual Planes. On the Physical Plane, the Principle manifests as SEX, on the higher planes it takes higher forms...No creation, physical, mental or spiritual, is possible without this Principle."

Truf Bros. Radio: BOMBS AWAY! Drone Strikes

    in Entertainment

A drone strike is a method that the U.S. government uses as a last resort to eliminate a imminent threat when capture is not foreseeable. Sounds like a policy that any red blooded American would not have a problem accepting as a act of national security. As a matter of fact we would probably  find this policy reassuring. But one has to wonder what the United States considers a imminent threat considering that the amount of drone strikes has increased exponentially since the first strike in 2002. Which this strike coincidentally was suppose to eliminate Osama Bin Laden. According to the United States Department of Justice in regards to drone strikes and imminent threats the U.S. is not and does not require clear evidence that a specific attack will be committed against a U.S. person or interest in the immediate future. What!!  Please tune in Monday as Ray and Devon discuss drone strikes. Also feel free to check out pass episodes at www.trufbrosradio.com and get the TRUF!
