We have all heard the phrase, “you are what you eat” and the nutritional choices you make play a big role not only in how you feel but also the quality of your life. Despite all the technology we have now nutrition information has become more and more confusing.  Shirley Gutkowski, BSDH and America’s Dental Hygienist talks with Nutritional Biochemist Tara Palmer, MS about what we should eat and how what we eat affects our overall health.
