Mindful Journaling is a show designed to hold the space for you to connect with the present moment using the breath, streching and a journal prompt. Each week I will also share some insight from my experiences and on my understanding of mindfulness from the teaching I learn from Thich Nhat Hanh and other mindfulness teachers I encounter on the journey.
