There are many things that prevent us from wanting to get still and practice mindfulness and meditation. One of those things is often the thoughts that creep in as we begin to get still. In this episode we talk about what is happening when thoughts creep into our mind. We also identify the other obstacles that stop us from practicing things we know are helpful to our overall wellbeing.
