Intro - The Rice Report, every other Monday, with City Councilwoman Shannon Rice.  We had a great chat today over the upcoming Council meeting this evening.  

30:00 - The National Security Report, with Dr. Peter Vincent Pry.  We talked lots about Trump's speech at Mt. Rushmore, and the incredibly gutless reaction from the GOP to defend American values.  We had a couple of callers as well join us.  Dr. Pry had some extra time and tons of observations to share.

1:35:00 - Main Topic, Guests and Callers.  I didn't quite get the time I wanted to spend on our 15 new bills, but you can find them easily on my Facebook page.  I'll talk about them again tomorrow.
