You Said You Would Protect Me

Some of our youth and children  who were once in their homes are now in foster care. According to the American Socieity for the Positive Care of Children (www.americanspcc.org), over 437,000 children and youth are in foster care system.  As with anything in life there are pros and and cons, but regardless of any scenario there is story to be told from the prespective of the foster children and foster parent.
